Masked intruders went house to house in Bayside, Melbourne, in search of soft targets to break into. In one home invasion, a thug snuck in through a pet door before letting his accomplices in. The gang found two targets within the space of two hours, striking first at Sandringham Rd in Sandringham about 3am and taking two cars as a family slept inside.
