The husband of missing Victorian runner Samantha Murphy, who has not been seen for four days, has been spotted visiting a crime scene established by police on Wednesday afternoon. Micheal Murphy arrived at the scene, which is located just 500m from the couple’s home, after several items were found.
Search for missing jogger enters fourth day. He was seen talking to police out of the window of his car before driving off. The crime scene was quickly dismantled. Just after 4pm on Wednesday, police confirmed the items were not believed to be related to Samantha’s disappearance. The 51-year-old was last seen leaving her home on Eureka St, Ballarat East for a planned 20km run near the Canadian State Forest about 7am on Sunday and has not been seen since.
