In a series of tweets on Tuesday, the government noted that those who fail to comply with the directive risk forfeiture of such building.
It disclosed that 149 distressed and defective buildings have been marked for demolition in different parts of the state. The government asked the residents of the state to cooperate with relevant agencies and report locations of distressed structures.
Forfeiture to who,someone sweat? They should rather be advised to vacate the property for their safety or rebuild if funds are presently available since Govt can't render assistance to that effect.
