Ryan Tubridy reacts to Late Late Show ‘farewell gift’ four months after retiring

Ryan Tubridy has reacted to his final “farewell gift” from The Late Late Show four months after retiring from the RTE chat show.

He said: “The U2-mobile has landed… A Farewell gift from the band when I retired from The Late Late Show in May…I’m still flabbergasted by the gesture. Many of Ryan’s followers were happy to see Ryan enjoying himself, with one person even comparing his joy to the children on the Late Late Toy Show.A second person commented: “Woohoo onwards and upwards no stopping you now Ryan best of luck with your future endeavors wherever it may take you”.With another person saying: “Ahhhhhhhhh cool. Glad to see you enjoying it.”

He said: “On the last Late Late Show I got a gift from, this is a real name drop, U2. They’re Irish and a great band. When the last couple of presenters finished their Late Late Show they gave them a gift of a Harvey Davidson or something.
