Transport Secretary Grant Shapps said an urgent review will be carried out to tighten up the existing laws on hand-held mobile use by motorists.

I'm still consistently seeing people checking their phones and even looking down at their laps. We all know what they are looking at. What about tailgating? something very dangerous and people still do it in the masses.
