has always been proud of their Afro-Colombian heritage, and on Friday night , they honored their roots while performing live at Flamingo Theater Bar in Miami, Florida.
The concert began with a video showcasing all of Goyo, Tostao and Slow’s achievements as a band over the past two years in the United States. For them, performing in Miami is more than simply accomplishing a goal: it's a dream come true. The band kicked off the night with “De Donde Vengo Yo," a song that explains their roots and sound. The 15-song set also included “Nuquí,” “Invencible,” “Que me baile,” “Hasta el techo" and “Salsa y Choke."
The most special moment of the night arguably happened when Goyo grabbed her guitar to perform “Somos Pacifico,” with her voice owning the theater for over two minutes. Other highlights: “Pa’ Olvidarte," which was definitely the most popular, and a performance of their latest single “Dinero No Hay.” The night concluded with “Hasta Que Amanezca,” with the band making clear that their love for their culture, roots and music comes from the soul.Check out a few photos from the evening below.
