Its true ,since hypernatremia can elevate blood preasure. Banana has much pottasium level, so polarisation can take place. Through sodium potassium pump ,to flush out sodium level. Thanks for shairing.

you DO know that the sugars in the bananas will spike blood glucose, and raise your blood pressure right? Not to mention that studies that have shown that even with elevated salt taken in, your body normalizes 24 hours later. My BP went from 140/90 down to 117/67 on meat and salt
