DYK most, if not all, police departments in the US have a MAXIMUM allowable IQ? So even with someone rising up to detective/investigator, we’re still not employing our best people to protect us, serve us and investigate and solve crimes for us.

Someone really hated this family as a whole. It would seem that they killed everyone old enough to seek retribution. Without any facts, it smells of organize crime, due to the survival of the children, it would seem the work of twisted Ethics.

Seems like a planned hit. It's a tradegy and a sad event. Hopefully they eventually garner a good lead and catch whoever did this.
