Saudi Pro League executives have held meetings with all their 18 clubs to discuss their transfer strategy for the summer window.The SPL remains committed to supporting its clubs with a centralised approach to transfers. World-class players will continue to be signed but only at fair valuations.SPL clubs spent £700 million on high-profile players last summer including Neymar and Karim Benzema.
The six clubs to be privatised from next month are Al Zulfi, Al Nahda, Al Okhdood, Al Ansar, Al Orouba and Al Kholoud.Another eight clubs will also be privatised at a later date. The clubs are Al Shoalah, Hajar, Al Najmah, Al Riyadh, Al Rawdhah, Jeddah, Al Taraji, and Al Sahel.
