Good Morning Britain had a major change in their Thursday 4 July line-up with Kate Garraway and Adil Ray appearing on the panel, which was a surprise to viewers.
One unhappy viewer wrote on social media: “Given the GE this week, they should have had Susanna and on today and anyone else with her, other than Adil. #GMB ”.There was also another change to the show. Because it’s the day of Britain’s General Election, there was strictly no talk about politics other than the news that the polls are open.
Adil added: “Most results will start coming in from the early hours of Friday morning. We’ll have all the latest election news and analysis in a special edition of Good Morning Britain from 6 tomorrow.”Later in the show, Adil and Kate sat down to chat with pop star Pixie Lott who announced she would be returning to music after a decade away with an album called Encino.
