Authorities found a cache of explosives and high-capacity magazines in the man's home, court documents show.

A Camden County man was arrested and charged with hurling over 25 explosives from his car in the area of a railroad bridge in South Jersey andKenneth Baldino, 71, of Winslow Township was arrested on July 1 and charged with three counts of second-degree risking widespread injury, possession of destructive devices and possession of explosive devices, among several other third- and fourth-degree charges.

Police in Winslow Township started investigating the area of Fleming Pike near Hammonton in early April after residents reported hearing large explosions near a railroad bridge, investigators wrote in an affidavit of probable cause. Through police surveillance of the area, Baldino was identified as detonating over 25 explosive devices near the bridge, police said in charging documents. Authorities allege Baldino detonated the explosives in the area of the railroad bridge while driving down Fleming Pike.
