The dish started off simple with its traditional base of cheese curds, gravy, and fries before quickly going off the rails when she added pineapple, sriracha, and chocolate sauce on top.
Tran stands firmly behind her recipe to this day. “I’m telling you,” she says, “it was one of the best poutines I've ever had.”Graziadei ended up retching after trying the concoction during the episode, before eventually giving it a very generous four out of 10 star rating.
