Katie Piper pulled out of today’s breakfast show at the last minute Katie Piper pulled out of her ITV breakfast show this morning to undergo an ‘unexpected medical procedure’. The Loose Women star was due to front Katie Piper’s Breakfast Show this morning, but Charlotte Hawkins had to step in last minute. Taking to social media to explain her absence, Katie wrote: ‘Sadly I’m not going to be on my breakfast show this weekend as I’ve had to have an unexpected medical procedure.

’ Life coach Michelle Elman commented: Sending so much love!’ Katie’s temporary replacement Charlotte also sent ‘lots of love’ while broadcaster Gaby Roslin wrote: ‘Sending lots of love and healing energy beautiful girl.’ The star’s talk show airs every Saturday and Sunday morning at 8:25, and is currently in its second season.
