The court found that from May 1, 2017 to June 26, 2017, Viagogo misled consumers by using the word"official" in its Google advertisements. The ACCC also took issue with Viagogo's failure to disclose significant and unavoidable fees until late in the booking process. "Viagogo was charging extraordinarily high booking fees and many consumers were caught out," ACCC chairman Rod Sims said.
