The death has been announced of Kildare man John Dooley, who was declared the winner of RTE's 2024 Super Garden last week.
John, of Woodlands, Castledermot, passed away on Wednesday, just days after he had his work displayed at the Bord Bia Bloom festival in the Phoenix Park, where tens of thousands of people flocked over the weekend.
