‘Own up’: Parents’ desperate plea after Kye Schaefer murdered in Coffs Harbour stabbing

The parents of a young surfer stabbed to death in a Coffs Harbour beach carpark after a morning surf earlier this month, have made a desperate plea for the perpetrator to come forward and own up to their “mistake”. Kye Shaefer, 21, was still wearing his wetsuit when he was stabbed multiple times in the surf club carpark at Park Beach, on Ocean Pde at Coffs Harbour, about 6.40am on May 4.

Pam and Tony joined NSW Police in calling for any witnesses with any information about the incident to come forward.
