A camera pans around the cabin to show someone lying down in the back seat. It’s a stunt. It was done in Asia. He waited until he got to stretch of road w/o cars & he went back there. Someone was in the passenger seat & quickly moved to driver seat after filming. People have done stupid stunts w/ cars for years. Jump trains etc. This is a 2019 version. As the camera turns, the seat is moving back up from reclined position. Person jumped in the back for the vid, surely jumped back in front when done. Still foolish.
