The alleged killer of a NSW mum was released on bail after being charged with a number of violent offences just 15 days before her death. Molly Ticehurst’s body was discovered at her home in the NSW Central West town of Forbes on Monday morning, after calls to emergency services prompted a welfare check. Her former partner Daniel Billings, 29, has been charged with the childcare worker’s murder.
