Teen arrested in fatal stabbing at Wasilla theater, police say

A teenager died from wounds sustained during a fight at the Wasilla movie theater Friday night, according to the Wasilla Police Department. The Wasilla Police Department announced the arrest in aMonday that said only a “juvenile” was arrested by the department, in conjunction with the state Division of Juvenile Justice and the Palmer District Attorney’s Office.

A spokeswoman for the department on Monday said she could not answer additional questions about the case, including whether the victim or suspect were acquainted or what sparked the fight that led to the stabbing.
