Tianna Legacy, Sean McQuilter to share their musical journeys during Thursday show at The Loft

Two Algoma University music students performing grad concerts this week plan to feature some original works as they share their musical journey with family, friends, fellow students and local music fans.Legacy is a local singer/songwriter who has been playing and writing her own music since she was 10 years old, the university said in a release.

Throughout her musical journey with the Algoma University Music program, she has studied different styles of jazz and folk music, while focusing on producing original music, alongside faculty member Frank Deresti. Sean McQuilter is an Algoma University music student from Bracebridge. In addition to original works developed during his studies, his recital will consist of a variety of music studied during his time at Algoma, ranging from classical guitar to jazz.
