Aussies can get their hands on their share of $200 million worth of unclaimed money. Services Australia has publicly said it is sitting on a multimillion-dollar pile of unpaid benefits owed to people with out-of-date account details on their Medicare or myGov accounts.

The simple way Aussies can get their hands on a share of $200 million Financial expert Nicole Pedersen-McKinnon explained on Sunrise on Thursday how people can access money owed to them through a few simple steps online. “Just half an hour of kind of life administration is probably going to earn us more potentially than days of actual work at the moment,” Pedersen-McKinnon said of the unclaimed money. “Viewers can claim a slice with just a couple of quick searches.
