The Agatha show's name change will not come as a surprise to fans of the MCU given its history. As one of the many upcoming MCU TV shows, Agatha will continue the storytelling of the franchise's Phase 5.
Again, this title was logical and essentially just a rewording of House of Harkness. In the MCU, witch magic revolves around the harnessing of chaos, with Agatha's House Harkness serving as the titular Coven of Chaos. Another change was then implemented, with Marvel Studios seemingly settling on Agatha: Darkhold Diaries for the show's official title, hinting that the Darkhold book would have much more of a presence in the project after Agatha was shown to possess it in WandaVision.
The callback to "Agatha All Along" could well have been accidental, with no confirmation from Marvel Studios hinting that the title changes were made specifically to reference the iconic WandaVision song.
