Ryan Thomas, the actor, had to say sorry to Lorraine Kelly live on her show after he initially ignored her interview request. He appeared on Lorraine's show on Tuesday morning , fresh from his Dancing on Ice victory.
After Adele, a former Radio 1 star, left, Miles and Ryan both performed routines inspired by Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean's famous Bolero. They were hoping to be named the winner of Dancing on Ice 2024. Ryan, the star of the show, admitted to Lorraine that he initially turned down their request for him to appear on the show on Monday morning . He confessed during their chat: "I said, 'I love Lorraine, I would love to have a chat and a cup of tea with her, but I just want a day off'. So that's why we're here a day later."
Asked about what he's been up to since his win, Ryan said he has since gone "back to basics", including "stacking the dishwasher and changing nappies" but shared his plans to avoid returning to the ice - unless it's a one-off at Christmas - and that he and his family would be off to "get some sunshine and relax".
