Ryan Thomas has been hiding a hidden 'discomfort' as he opens up about the 'toll' Dancing on Ice has taken on his body as the final nears. This weekend, the actor will be one of four celebrities who will compete in the final of the ITV skating competition's 2024 series.

He said: "The body’s not far off coming to a standstill, but it’s just mentally getting your head around ‘you can do this’ and it takes a toll on your body more than anything else now.
