It is difficult to express an opinion without offending someone today. There is little tolerance towards an alternate perspective. So many of those preaching equality and understanding are hypocrites.

Let us all hope that in future, all television presenters become as bland as can possibly be, regardless of race creed or colour. Then, television will will be a place where nothing of importance is discussed and no one is offended, regardless of their race, creed or colour.

She’s expressing a concern, in a human and authentic way. There is an obvious link between Islam and the terror events she’s referring to. I think she’s brave to share what is likely to be an unpopular opinion. Her concern for her community shouldn’t be attacked.
