Red Arrows Blackpool Air Show 2023 performance in pictures

The Red Arrows have soared through the skies above Blackpool to wow the thousands watching in wonder below. The world famous jets performed their signature stunts and intricately choreographed formation moves to launch the 2023 Blackpool Air Show in style.

The rain cleared just in time for the thousands packed on to the promenade to witness the Red Arrows Hawks zoom over Blackpool Tower and between central and North Piers. The pilots from the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team and their striking red jets are a highlight of the Air Show each year, which also features appearances from the Lancaster Bomber the Typhoon and Hurricane.
