K-pop group Seventeen’s Seungkwan takes a break anew

“We would like to provide you with some information regarding Seventeen member Seungkwan’s future activities,” Pledis Entertainment, the group’s agency, announced on July 3.It explained that “Seungkwan recently visited the hospital due to feeling unwell, and the medical staff advised him to take the necessary time to rest and recover.”

As a result, Seungkwan will not participate at the Tencent Music Entertainment Award 2023, fan-signing event in China, and Seventeen’s tour “Follow” To Seoul among others. In April, Seungkwan also took a break from activities following the death of his best friend, Moonbin, a member of K-pop boy band ASTRO.
