In the video, a brunette Philadelphia fan can be seen moving around in the stands while rocking a white Phillies jersey and a matching white crop top that exposed the top of a bra. As the exchange continues, the Phillies supporter tugs down slightly on the crop top to reveal a bit more of the bra.
