Woman dies after Sydney music festivalPolice say the Central Coast teenager was taken from the Parramatta Park event to Westmead Hospital about 6pm on Saturday, and died later on Saturday night. Excessive costs of alcahol & tobacco in Australia have seen the rise of illicit drugs & black-market tobacco industry's. Designer drugs are cheaper & relatively easy to obtain. Prohibition didn't work in the US in the 30's. It isn't working here today. More young Australians.... will die if tax reform does take place. Reform or Referendum. The people of this country have a right to choose. The Governments don't have the right to oppress our right to choice. A ground swell of anger towards high taxes is building. Another teen dies at music festivalAnother person has died at an Australian music festival. 37% of those that were searched had drugs. Big number in terms of percentage. However they only searched 1.2% of total attendees. If the powers that be believe police searches are the way to stop drugs at festivals, they need to up their numbers by a multiple of least 80! FOMO Oh well... Should be an automatic 5k fine if your found with drugs on ya - watch the epidemic disappear

Just make the drugs legal so the entire supply chain will be run by corporate citizens vested in the success of society, instead of criminal gangs vested in the destruction of society. Forget the testing and start arresting some of these drug user and pushes. Can someone please explain what pill testing is and how it would work at a music festival?
