Hannah, her partner Adam Thomas, and their two children who are aged three and four have been moving around constantly over the past six months, staying with family members and even in a friend's office.Speaking to The Sun about her recent challenges, Hannah shed light on her situation after her landlord gave them just two days to find a new place to live when the landlord decided they wanted to sell the property."What screwed us is we didn't have time to find another place.
Touching on her fame, she added: "People think we must all be millionaires but sadly it's just not true. It was what it was and we enjoyed ourselves at the time."The family have lived in four temporary homes over the past six months.
