A Flock of Seagulls, one of the bands in heavy rotation on early-'80s MTV, brought its synth-based sounds to San Antonio's Aztec Theatre on Friday.

Singer Mike Score no longer sports his distinctive winged haircut, but he and the crew did play"I Ran " and other relics from the new wave era. Strangelove, a Depeche Mode tribute band, opened the show.
