Marlo Thomas praised Sherri Shepherd's weight loss; fans say 'That Girl' went too far

Producers of ‘The Wendy Williams Show’ wished its host a ‘speedy and full recovery’ while announcing Sherri Shepherd would soon take her time slot.reported that staffers on the daytime series “were not happy that [Thomas] fat shamed [Shepherd] on national TV.”

That's a good photo. On Sherri's show her face really did look plastic from all the surgery. Sherri should have said, yes I lost weight without surgery. You can't say that about how you lost your ability to make facial expressions.

Quite frankly, I applaud Thomas for recognizing Sheri’s weight loss. Maybe Lizzo and Misty Metz should take a page out of Sheri’s book. Being obese is unhealthy and not a good thing to be passing off as “normal” or acceptable to young people.

A nation of wimps...

Big fat people drive insurance costs for all of us. I too applaud anyone who dumps the weight that will make them ill. And I do not think fat people are wonderful and beautiful at all.
