The show hosts were left screaming in fear during an interview on this morning's episode.
The pair were speaking about how Muireann can be very easily scared, and she was really put to the test.As the conversation played out, they were unaware that their co-presenter Alan Hughes was secretly hiding behind the sofa waiting to scare them.Muireann agreed with him and she revealed the antics that go on behind the scenes on Ireland AM. She said: "They have a habit here of coming up behind me, when there's 25 people in the room, and going, 'Woo!'.
Muireann jumped off the couch, walked away and threw herself on the ground. Alan then came over behind her to give her a hug.Taking to Instagram, Muireann then laughed about the incident. She said: "This is why you always have to bring a spare pair of pants to work" This week has been full of drama for Muireann, Tommy and Alan. The trio were forced to present the breakfast show from a different studio on Monday morning due to a technical issue.
