The TV presenter joined her pro partner John Nolan for a rumba on week four of the show, but the couple nearly didn't make it to the dancefloor.

Grainne said: "I couldn't actually walk this time yesterday evening. I had an hour and a half of treatment... needling. That is the only reason I am able to be here today."
