Actor Damian Lewis has paid tribute to his late wifeThe actress, who was perhaps best know for her role as Polly on Peaky Blinders, passed away last year. She was 52-years-old.Last night saw approximately 900 people attend a dedicated poetry evening in honour of Helen in the National Theatre in London.

There, a recording of her reading poetry was played. Damian addressed guests and spoke about his wife's love for the theatre., he told the audience:"This evening is dedicated to her and it's perfect, because Helen loved the National Theatre.He then read the final verse of the poemThe evening was based on Allie Esiri’s latest anthology, A Poet For Every Day Of The Year, and saw many other friends and colleagues of Helen's take to the stage to read poems.
