Next month the fizzy pop brand will bring its first booze label to Ireland and Nothern Ireland with hard seltzer Topo Chico.
Cans in three trendy flavours - Tangy Lemon Lime, Tropical Mango and Cherry Acai - will hit supermarket shelves in time for Christmas.the 330ml cans with just 96 calories, have an ABV of 4.7% - around the same as Corona beer which is 4.6% ABV and stronger than Fuller’s London Pride which is 4.2% ABV.
Brands like Kopparberg Passion Fruit and Mixed Berries hard seltzers are already on UK supermarket shelves including Tesco and Morrisons and discounter Aldi has recently launched its own range of Nordic Wolf hard seltzers in flavours including strawberry and lime and raspberry and blackcurrant.
