“It’s more about his actions than it is about his words right now. They don’t ring true for us.” - Kimberly Karol, president of the Iowa Postal Workers Union, reacts to Postmaster General Louis DeJoy’s testimony before the Senate.

"I'd like to emphasize that there has been no changes in any policies with regard to election mail for the 2020 election," DeJoy told the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.Facts First: Internal USPS documents obtained by CNN clearly show that USPS planned some policy changes that could have resulted in longer delivery times for ballots.

Election mail that was sent as"marketing mail" would not be delivered as quickly as first-class mail, a policy the document noted was"new."Responding to CNN's fact check, a USPS spokesperson reiterated what DeJoy said in his testimony."We have not changed any of these practices, and we are committed to keeping our established practices and standards in place for the November general election," the spokesperson said.

More political propaganda by fake news CNN

Quick call among my postal service friends following DeJoy's testimony. 'Fairytale, lip service, dream on, take my shift' whatever. Machines dismantled, shifts capped, boxes reduced, are a guarantee for disarray during election. Job satisfaction at low point. Backfires also GOP.

Could they have dredged up a more stereotypical TDS sufferer? Even LOOKS the part ffs. Gotta love the CCP Media...their propaganda fails are pure comedy gold.

There is no logic justifying removal of the machines. Equipment is used to reduce the number of workers needed which reduces cost and reduces mistakes due to human fallacy. That's three benefits with only a maintenance & energy cost accrued. Show me how removal is better.

Contradicting DeJoy’s claims, USPS internal documents show how overtime has been limitedPostmaster General Louis DeJoy said today during his testimony that he has not cut postal workers' overtime. But an internal USPS document show how policy changes prohibit 'extra' or 'late' trips and mandating that carriers 'return on time.' NBC News’ Geoff Bennett reports his latest. Of course he was going to go in there and lie his head off. Trump's instructions would have been 'just tell them what they want to hear'. Dems got done. There hours were not cut. They are cutting overtime in a money losing operation. Obviously you never ran a business. When you are in the red you have to save money everywhere you can.
