Really, after all these years? Nobody gives a rat’s ass about this. I am over a half a century old and I have never watched the movie. Truth be told I have never had a desire to watch it, especially seeing how the only black actress’s(Butterfly McQueen)character was depicted! 🤦♂️
I dunno about this kind of censorship. Hattie McDaniel was the first black woman to win an Academy Award for her role in this movie, and the novel it was based on should be seen in the context of its time.
