The Simpsons fans go wild as they spot an incredible detail in an old episode about the US presidency

The Simpsons is regularly lauded by fans for eerily predicting major events such as the Trump Presidency and the Titanic submersible disaster in June last year. But this time, fans are pointing out the similarity between Lisa Simpson and US Vice President Kamala Harris following an X post by Simpsons writer and executive producer Al Jean, who shared a side-by-side photo of the pair. “@TheSimpsons ‘prediction’ I’m proud to be a part of,” Jean wrote on Sunday.

The two women are wearing a purple blazer, pearl necklace, and pearl earrings in the episode. Fans also went wild over the similarities in the episodes. “I’m now convinced that the people who wrote the scripts for each episode of the Simpsons are time travellers,” a fan wrote on X. “Bro one of the writers fr has to be a time traveller at this point,” another fan wrote on X.
