An actor who believes Craig McLachlan behaved in a "planned and predacious" way towards women during the production of a Melbourne show refused to work with him again.
Though Mr Maddren had been invited to take part in subsequent productions of the musical, he wrote to the theatre company telling them he didn't want to. This was despite the role involving a well-paid, short run with the potential for him to tour his native New Zealand. He is also accused of putting his hand up a third woman's leg while she was on stage, and kissing a fourth woman offstage without her consent.Mr McLachlan argues the allegations either didn't happen or were not indecent.
'Believes' or knows and has evidence. I 'believe' this comment is not sincere but I have no evidence - just how I 'feel'. I feel women 'feel and fantasise' rather than stick to evidence - I don't know but this is my bias, my prejudice, my irrational side. Goose and Gander stuff.
As punishment, they should make him perform stand up comedy once a week forever.
