The accident took place around 9:30 p.m. Monday in what’s believed to be a crew parking lot located at 7155 11th Avenue.

NBC Universal spokesman Jonathan Fieweger confirmed to Postmedia that a car accident took place in a parking lot associated with the Netflix production Brand New Cherry Flavor, and that it involved two individuals associated with the production. One person was injured and the other was treated at the scene.

The horror mini-series, set to stream on Netflix, stars Rosa Salazar , Catherine Keener and Manny Jacinto . The accident took place around 9:30 p.m. in what’s believed to be a crew parking lot located at 7155 11th Avenue.“An order under the Workers Compensation Act … is being issued to the employer for failing to notify WorkSafe BC of the incident,” read an email from spokesman Ralph Eastman.

“The employer is now required to conduct an Employer Incident Investigation Report, which must be submitted to WorkSafe BC within 30 days.”B.C. Emergency Health spokeswoman Shannon Miller said paramedics were called at 9:32 p.m. Monday about a driver who had suffered a medical issue while driving in the parking lot.It is the second such incident in B.C. in four days.

Sources told TMZ one person suffered a minor foot injury but that no one was taken to hospital. WorkSafe BC is now looking into the incident.
