I went off the fireworks when I was lying in Gosford hospital on NYE and they had no staff to manage the dementia patients, no burns specialist to treat me and no clean sheets or dressings. But hey, we have millions $ for 10 minutes of pops, bangs & fizzles so, yay.
Strontium, barium, copper, lithium, nitrates, particulates, ... more interesting smoke than gum leaf smoke.
I'd much rather it was cancelled and put towards fighting fires.
