Sales of cereal, a common mealtime companion for milk, have also fallen in recent years as consumers shun sugar and embrace higher protein breakfast options. Trendy coffee shops like Stumptown Coffee or Blue Bottle Coffee have also introduced their customers to nondairy milks by making lattes with alternatives, such as oat milk.

Oat milk is the last nail in the coffin. Delicious for espresso drinks, and doesn’t give you boobs like soy, or taste weird like coconut.
