As yet, a wedding date has not been officially announced, but the tabloid contends there’s major drama within the Irwin family and it could force the conservationist to cancel the whole thing.
The publication quotes a so-called “insider” as saying, “Bindi knows there will always be a bit of drama when it comes to a wedding, but she expected it to be minor arguments over seating plans or flowers, not drawn-out family battles.” The story points to a piece in an Australian newspaper that reported. Bob has been estranged from Bindi and the rest of her family for years, going back to when Bob left the zoo he founded and where her late father, Steve, worked before his death in 2006.
The dubious source tells the magazine, “The word is they’re having serious doubts about going through with it and are talking about whether to put the whole thing on hold.” The biggest problem the tabloid has with its shoddy reporting?yesterday, along with the caption, “Hey babe I’m so glad I get to spend forever adventuring through life with you.” Powell responded, “Sounds like the perfect life to me.” This is clearly not a couple with cold feet.
While the outlet should be embarrassed by how wrong it got this story, it’s just another example of a tabloid covering a topic it has no clue about. For example, in February,
