I’m surprised how poorly researched this article is. Delta may be guilty of this, but the airline that censored Booksmart if you read the replies under the tweets you quoted was EtihadAirways, a middle eastern airline.

oliviawilde i just watched Booksmart on a flight home from Spain. It’s such a great film. I cried in the end. So well written. Fun and poignant. I’m not quite sure what I missed, just loved it. womanpower

Airlines censor films all the time I tried to watch three Billboards and all the swearing was cut out
