Sky News host Chris Kenny says Anthony Albanese has finally had a “win” as opposition leader after removing “aggressive” CFMMEU union boss John Setka from the party. Mr Albanese told Sky News on Thursday John Setka "undermined the standing of the union movement" and he wanted "to lead a party which we can all be proud of".
“It is the outcome that matters and the Labor Leader has chalked up a win, making a clear stand about the values he believes his party should uphold”, Mr Kenny said. “Well done to Albanese and to Labor. “Now, he needs to get on with some changes to climate and taxation policies to show voters his party has learned a lesson or two from the election.” Image: AP
