A flight attendant is pressing ahead with an “air rage” legal action against Dolores O’Riordan’s estate nearly two years after her death.
O’Riordan avoided a criminal conviction and was fined €6,000 for head-butting and spitting on a Garda following the November 10 air rage incident. He told the court: “Ms O’Riordan was very belligerent. She said, ‘You are not going to arrest me. I am an icon. I’m the Queen of Limerick, I pay my taxes, I pay your wages. I’m going to sue you’.”
