She is not going to support a guy.
For years now, the Giudices have been dealing with the legal consequences after their guilty plea to federal charges for fraud in 2014. Teresa served 11 months in prison for her part in the crime, and after she was released, Joe reported to jail to serve a 41-month sentence. While Joe was doing his time, a judge ruled that he should be deported to his native Italy. While he has served his prison term, he remains behind bars in an ICE detention center as he and his legal team fight the order.
