KIM SHATTUCK, lead singer of The Muffs, has tragically died after battling motor neurone disease for two years.

Kim died at the age of 56 after being diagnosed with the disease, a couple of years ago. Her husband informed her fans and followers of the sad news on social media. Kim’s former bandmate Melanie Vammen said:"My heart is forever broken."The Muffs’ Ronnie Barnett and Roy McDonald released a statement following the news.
