Tat's a very practical reason & it's a fact as said by Abdul Rashid. Otherwise it's just a one term PH Govt. It would waste time and efforts of many in PH to see themselves as a One Term Ruling Govt and Ruling Alliance Party. Can incumbent PM 'guarantee' PH b 2nd term Govt?
